ONLINE POLICIES
Returns & Exchanges
At Precious Cargo customer satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take back any product for an exchange or refund within 14 days. All returns after 14 days will be given a store credit. Return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we shipped an order in error or the item is defective.
Return Process:
- All returns must be approved by a customer service representative, who will provide you with a return authorization number. This may be done by emailing us at info@preciouscargolivingston.com
- All merchandise needs to have the original tags attached
- When returning the merchandise, please enclose a copy of your receipt and indicate whether you would prefer an exchange or refund
- Please enclose your name, address, phone number and email address
- In the event of a refund, please enclose your credit card number
- In the event of an exchange, please indicate the size of the item you would prefer

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Precious Cargo will ship all orders via UPS ground service. You have the option to ship 2nd, 3rd, or next day air at an additional charge. Please allow at least 48 hours for your order to process before shipping.
NOTE:
All items purchased on our website are pulled from our store. We apologize if an item is backordered or sold out, and still listed on our website. Backordered items will take about 2-3 weeks to ship. We will notify you of this, and you will not be charged for any items that are not available.
OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our email list. These emails provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

*Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with.
Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.
To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. Also verify that the URL in your browser window, during checkout, starts with a https:// instead of a http://. This indicates SSL is active. |
